Dolls provoke artists involving them in a specific game of appearances and allusions and referring to a variety of associations. Puppets engage in a dialog with musicians, with each other and with the audience, thus creating a unique atmosphere of the concert. The whole play is based on free atonal improvised music which uses quotes from various musical compositions and melodic pieces created by their authors: Bożena Boba-Dyga and Maciej Zimka. An alter ego of an artist … is culture falling into decline … who does an artist want to be … such questions, in an absurd convention, are posed by the authors to the audience and themselves, leaving the conclusions to the spectators. Faithful to postmodern idiom, the musical performance delights, entertains and moves the audience, but also raises issues related to an artist, artistry and the role of art in human existence.

We conduct workshops for both professional musicians and visual artists. The workshops are a form of studying the synthesis of art and deepening the knowledge of the music notation which originated in the mid 20th century and which is not based on notes but at the same time has a visual form. We also offer workshops for art school students as well as individuals interested in development of creative thinking and combining the senses of vision, hearing and imagination. All this in an interesting synthetic form which encompasses lectures, practical classes in both music and visual art as well as stage presentations. An innovative approach to art, great fun with music and visual arts and an opportunity for workshop participants to present their own talents guarantee that no one will feel bored during the workshops.
